Raspberry Honey Butter



1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
8 oz. raspberries (fresh or frozen*)
Whip softened butter and honey together until smooth and then add berries and mix well. Serve on rolls or homemade bread. Will keep for a week or so. You can use any berry you want to but we like raspberries or triple berries the best.
*if using frozen berries thaw at room temperature, not in microwave as it makes them too juicy
Mom (Kenalou) gave this as neighbor gifts this year for Christmas along with a loaf of warm homemade bread.
